Welcome to the Turnip AI Learning Platform ("Platform") operated by Turnip Innovations Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

      Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. If you do not agree with
      any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.
    

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or using the Platform under parental supervision if under 18) and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Description of Services

The Turnip AI Learning Platform provides:

AI-Powered Quizzes: Automatically generated multiple-choice questions from educational content.
Case Studies: AI-generated business scenarios and decision-making challenges.
AI Tutor: Interactive chat-based tutoring grounded in uploaded content.
Instructor Portal: Tools for educators to upload content, generate shareable links, and track student progress.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

Instructors must create an account using a valid email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights.
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to harm others.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation.
Use automated tools to scrape, mine, or extract data from the Platform.
Share your account credentials with others.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform.
By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and use it to provide our services.
You represent that you have the right to upload and share the content.

5.2 AI-Generated Content

Quizzes, case studies, and tutor responses are generated by AI based on your content.
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies (see AI Disclaimer).
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sharing with students.

5.3 Platform Content

The Platform, its design, logos, and features are owned by Turnip Innovations Private Limited.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without our permission.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 Pricing

Instructors purchase credits to enable student access to AI-generated learning experiences.
Pricing is displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change with notice.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

6.2 Refund Policy

      No Refunds: All purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
      Please ensure you understand the service before making a purchase. Unused credits remain
      available in your account until the account is terminated.
    

6.3 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension and collection of outstanding amounts.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
We are not liable for any loss or damage due to service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Turnip Innovations Private Limited, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with India's DPDP Act.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease, and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes amicably.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
